Hacking HELP - 3DS with B9S installed but reformatted system and SD card

Hi all,

I have an old 3DS that had B9S installed following the guide at 3ds.guide but the system and the SD card has been reformatted.

Now I am not sure how to have FBI and Lumas3DS re-installed on there because there are no icons other than the stock in the home menu.

Any help on this would be appreciated!
