Hacking [HELP]2xrsa won't load on n3DS 2.1.0-4U

I'm installing A9LH on my n3DS. I've installed it on multiple others but 2xrsa just won't load. I've tried dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin, 2xrsa.3ds.guide, and go.gateway-3ds.com. Any help is appreciated. I've tried initializing the browser already and that didn't help.

When you load the page,press select, wait, then press any button, does it turn off?

do u have wireless turned on? if u forgot to enable it, remove the battery and reinsert it to flip it to on.

I do, I'm trying what ItsKipz suggested right now.
EDIT: After pressing select and waiting, and pressing a button, nothing happens. It stays frozen.

I can move the screen around for a bit but after a little the whole DS just freezes up. Press + or - instantly freezes it.

try deleting save data for the browser (clear all saved data). the guide mentions that the browser hax can be unstable at times, just keep trying.

Oh my god, this is embarrassing. Of course it won't boot if I don't have arm9.bin and arm11.bin. Thank you! I should've checked before making a thread.
