Hacking Question Hekate 5.0.0 fail to initialize the SD card after disconnecting and reconnecting the battery

I tried to reconnect the battery because ever since I tried Lakka I had some issues with the clock and connecting my switch to my computer.
After reassembling, I get this error when selecting "Launch": "Failed to init SD card. Make sure that it is inserted, or that SD reader is properly seated!"
If I boot in OFW, will it burn the fuse if I go through Hekate? I want to try that first, but if you have another suggestion to fix the issue, I'll take it.

I'm on Atmosphère 0.9.2, without EmuMMC.

Edit: I Fixed it!
I'm dumb, I didn't realized that by removing the backplate, it unplug the sd card reader. I just had to replug it.

Yeah, card reader disconnected was my first guess. It's kind of hard to know when you put it in right cause it's all covered up

Yeah, that black sponge sticker thing hiding the connector is not the best.
