ok so this is what happend. I figured out how to instsll cios249 i used anytittle deleter and that stuff.
So i put a theme on called darkwii and everything worked fine. so i got bored and installed a theme called wiivista and it was a success (that i thought) so it let me go back the the homebrew channel and i went to my wii screen and everything was gon. i saw only a back screen. but my wii remotes still synk. So i need help. i thing i could fix this by finding a way to autoboot into the homebrew channel or bootmii and then to the homebrew channel. but i need a way.
    I have a wii 4.2u
    installed cios247
    installed wads
    have the backup channel
no modchips or chips at all\

un itsw bin a while and 4.3 is out will that boost my chances of unbricking it?!?!?!?!

In that case get wads of IOS70 and System Menu 4.2U from NUS Downloader, and then install them. Make sure to install IOS70 first.

When you boot up the Wii, don't you reach the bootmii screen?

First of all, you need the files that bootmii did on your SD card inside of the Wii and since you installed it as boot2, it should reach that screen when you boot the Wii. Then from there, you can reinstall IOS70 and Sys Menu 4.2

    Install ios70 with patches
    then
    Install system menu 4.2u

Why cboot2? The only reason the bootmii menu isn't showing up is because he's got autoboot set to SYSMENU. He can just use wad manager once he gets into the HBC.

It's easier to simply run WAD Manager from the HBC.

Whatever your preference, they both work. Cboot2 is excellent for this usage, no buttons to push, etc. Also also older bootmii installs may not load jodi. I#ll stick with cboot2 myself, no thought behind it, stick it in and boot, up comes your app- I don#t think it gets any easier.
