Heartgold 100%

I’m going back to an old classic: Pokemon Heartgold. It has always been my dream to 100% this game in its original cartridge but as we all know, you have to cheat to get that.
I used to have an action replay card to help me with that but that card is long gone. I only have some crappy R4 card.
Buying a new action replay card seems overpriced, as they’re going for +100$.
What type of alternatives are there to action replay cards to help me 100% a DS game?

you can also use saves with no$gba and use the cheat engine there. (but i suggest you just buy both games for $20each at bestbuy.com so you can transfer them into pokebank)
