Hacking Health and safety inject failed.

I recently dumped my hs.app from my o3ds, and used universal injector to inject the fbi cia. Decrypt9 gives me an error when trying to inject the do with banner file. It says something about hs.enc is not the right size. I tried deleting hs.enc and tried again, but no luck. anyone know what is causing the problem?

if you are on linux I often get a bunch of issues to do with permissions and the "work" folder

The one that was just uploaded//updated two hours ago that has the following release notes:
A new release again! This is new:

• Fixed the H&S injection that was broken in yesterdays release
• Removed the slot0x05keyY.bin requirement on new FIRM81 arm9loaderhax

If it wasn't downloaded in the last two hours, then you don't have the latest release. Check again.

Turns out the problem was that I downloaded it from an outdated link in /r/3dshacks. Thanks!
