friend, if you're saying this because of the rxtools fbi injection... well...

it works because it's essentially replacing the entire app, there's no entrypoint or exploit to do so, rxtools just has kernel access so it can do what it wants. therefore, i can also replace Mii Maker with fbi, heck, even Face Raider. to answer your question, no, it isn't possible, otherwise, it'd be done already

You can't use H&S as an entrypoint because it has no user modifiable data (like a save or QR code). The minute you change a single byte in the executable/romfs/anywhere, it becomes unsigned and you need patched sig checks to launch it.
