Ok, so I have a NTFS formatted WD HDD, but it won't seem to be read by the Wii. The power light is on for my HDD but programs don't read that it's even plugged in. But I didn't have this problem before, I might have to do with mods.
It's not a universal problem either, my microSD reader work just fine with most programs on my Wii.
So, how can I fix this problem?

99.9% of Wii homebrew (and the HBC) do not support NTFS. Format it to FAT32 and try again.

The thing is that it was working before.
And almost all my homebrew programs with filesystem browsing support NTFS.
And yes it is connected to port 0.
