Gaming HD Wii Games

I have the component cables. Does anyone know which Wii games take advantage of 480p HD?

Most first (and second?) party titles, and most newer games (since about 2008 I think). I don't know any comprehensive lists, but if you're after popular games, it would be easy to find out if they support 480p through google search.

And also, it may be possible to force some older games into 480p (even though they don't support this through normal means). I've done this with mario party 8 pal and tony hawk downhill jam pal.

You should be able to use 480p in almost every game. There are only a few games that don't support 480p.

+1 on that. In fact, it's so rare that a wii game doesn't support 480p well that it's not even sure that when it happens, that that is the cause (check this link...I think trauma center new blood PAL is one of those games...but I can't tell for sure).

More often older PAL games don't support it I believe.
