all yuou need to do is find a way of installing cIOS36_rev9.

thats all you need to use the USB Loader [IMG]

but if you dont already have a cIOS installed on 4.0 you'll have to downgrade an IOS (best way is using DVDx to downgrade IOS35) and use wad manager to install a cIOS using the downgraded IOS.

there are about 50 guides around here that can help you [IMG]

I'm not sure how the serial numbers work from that region, but I think like LAH11 or something is the equivalent to LU64 type Wii's. If you bought your Wii within like the past couple months, then I would treat it like an LU64 Wii regardless just to be safe.

If you bought it a while ago, then try using the ultimate system menu 4.0 guide that should be on the front page of this subforum somewhere.

If you did recently buy it, be very careful with what you do and don't do ANYTHING that involves downgrading anything or it will cause whatever you downgrade to stop functioning. In that case read up on any LU64 guides here where you would have to use that bootmii as an IOS install along with something called cboot2 to install your cIOS.

Yea well I said I don't know how the serials in that region work. Here it's LU64+ serials that have the problem isn't it? So maybe it's similar and anything above LEH11 is of the same type. Whatever. The important thing is when he bought it which should be enough to say.
