Homebrew Haxx 2.7 doesn't allow 9.6-crypto target titles even with the right xml?

I think Kirby: Planet Robobot doesn"t work even with correct file for now since it"s made from Kirby Triple Deluxe engine, and Kirby Triple Deluxe also hangs on a white lower screen during the bootloader stage, and for what I see it appears that Kirby: Planet Robobot cause the same issue that may be a problem in the ninjhax2 backend.
@Omegadrien Can you also share your set up to me too?, I"m a little busy now to make all the .xml"s I need, so if you can share it to me I wil appreciate your help.

I created an .xml for BoxBoy! (EUR) from a legit tested .cia, but it still crashes to yellow.
Now it's been pointed out that you could fix the xml through trial and error, but I wouldn't know what values to tweak.

Any pointers on that?

So if it isnt supposed to work why has someone uploaded an MMAP for it? I am confused https://github.com/ihaveamac/9.6-db...066818b341e498437fc/mmap/0004000000183600.xml Also cannot backup robobot

Well there"s two problems with Kirby: Planet Robobot to run trought Hax 2.7, first is the 9.6+ crypto and for that"s the MMAP.
But there"s a second problem carried over from the previous game, Kirby: Triple Deluxe, that because the engine for it was used for Kirby: Planet Robobot, since that Kirby: Triple Deluxe have a problem hanging before it starts when you try loading it trought Hax 2.7 or lower that maybe with ninjhax2backend and Kirby: Planet Robobot seems to have the same problem that Kirby: Triple Deluxe.

I keep getting a yellow screen when trying to use a 9.6+ title
  • *hax's default addresses are sometimes incorrect and can cause a 100% reliable crash. Custom memmaps could be created to fix these titles(see this comment thread).
basically yellow screen has to do with the wrong default addresses. Citizens of Earth (not a 9.6+/seeddb title) had this issue. a custom mmap xml was created for humblehax/salt_sploit_installer so it would work under *hax, though that's not really easy to do. it would fix any title that crashes at yellow screens though, not just 9.6+ ones.

Do we know if every game has their own offset value from the default adress?

Maybe the working Citizens of Earth XML can be used to deduct the values for the other games (BoxBoxBoy, Robobot, etc.)?

Okay so I used the two Citizen of Earth XML's from here (https://github.com/Dazzozo/salt_sploit_installer/tree/master/mmap) and calculated the differences in each line. Then I applied them to the BoxBoy XML I created earlier.

It still crashes to yellow bottom screen, but the top screen gibberish looks different, so that's progress?

I actually don't understand any of the values, so maybe someone with more understanding knows what to tweak and what not to touch

that's for two different regions and versions so not really a good comparison. I generated my own xml for Citizens of Earth (which would be "bad") and compared it against the custom one (which works). only header values changed.

Didn't realize those were different versions of the game.

But now we know only three values need to be tweaked in the xml's.
Do we have any other good/bad xml couples?
