Homebrew *hax just broke on me (10.3.0-28E)

So I just downloaded the new starter kit from the smea github thing and replaced the files and boot.3dsx now when I try to run Ironhax (even tried with Browserhax) it just hangs at the HBL booting screen then crashes back to main menu =/ What have I done wrong?
