This reminds me...

Until now (before the *hax 2.6), when I boot ftp-3ds from emunand, I wasn't able to return back to homebrew launcher pressing B (always stuck on red screen),
so I had to press L+R+down+B... but sometimes my 3ds stuck on a purple screen and after waiting some seconds, It prompted the "an error has occurred" and sent me back to the emunand's home menu.

It's curious.

You can use Super FTbrony II Turbo 2.1, the latest release which works fast.

This is the debronified version with a better icon. Install the cia and never rely on homebrew launcher for FTP again.

Edit:

If using CTR boot manager, you can use Super FTbrony II Turbo 2.2, a compiled GIT. I only have the .3dsx of this though. The project is not called FTbrony anymore, it's called FTPD now.

Point ctr boot manager to ftpd and you're good to go, when it comes to using FTP from there.

I'm impressed, hax 2.6 has a good boot rate just like hax 2.1! I'm now using menuhax payload 2.6, and Gateway boots just as well as it did with 2.1.
On 2.5, I couldn't even see the dragon logo most of the time. That right there shows low boot rate. Hax 2.6 shows the dragon every time now.

Anything after the dragon logo is all up to Gateway. So if emunand doesn't load, it's all Gateway's fault.

Thank you. Just tried ftbrony turbo with flashfxp and it works fine.

I can tell CTRBootManager to boot FTPbrony II Turbo 2.2? I select the .cia or .3dsx?

The menuhax/browserhax work in the firmeware 10.6.0.31 ?
Nope, but it will probably fixed soon.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

If I already hacked my n3ds and am running *hax2.5 what do I need to do in order to update to *hax2.6?
Replace your current boot.3dsx with the new one from smea's site (Download Link: https://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/boot.3dsx), then update the payload for the hax you are using. (If when you launch the exploit, the top still says *hax 2.5 beta instead of *hax 2.6 gamma)

Thank-you for the insight, how do I upload my payload again once I replace my old boot.3dsx with the latest?

EDIT:
You know what's weird. I have the HBL.cia on my Home Menu of my EmuNand (ReiNand) and when I boot it, it already says 2.6. I never even did anything, up until now that I updated the boot.3dsx file on my root.

Here is another weird thing scrolling/navigating (the hbl menu) with the circlepad works when launching the hbl.cia but when launching the boot.3dsx the circlepad is dead and cannot navigate.

I have 10.6 sysNAND firm, so I don't know anything about .cias and stuff.

I'm a noob and dloaded the other app payload for 10.6 new which I'm on but the hbl.cia boots be back to the bootmanager.

Edit: I fixed the hblauncher Cia by editing the path to the correct name and now it boots to 2.6 but the hb launcher from ctrbootmanager still boots to 2.5. What am I missing? Also when the 3ds is powering on and flashes text right before the boot manager loads on top of the screen it still sais 2.5 beta. Is that always to be like that or am I missing something?
