Hacking Having some problems with Gateway 3DS - "SPI Test" failing and getting "The game cart was removed"

Welp, looks like I ran into another problem. Once I ran the .3ds file for BigBlueManager to install the .cia file for BigBlueManager, it installed fine but when I tried to run it I get the error message "The software could not be launched. Please download again from Nintendo eShop." Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

You are installing it on emunand correct?

No, I wasn't. I was not aware that was needed.

Shows how much of a noob I am.

I'll set it up now and report back.

Do you possibly have a link to an updated tutorial for emunand? I'm so confused right now... I found one tutorial that says you have to set up the blue card and another one that says you don't so I don't know what to do.

Do you have the nvran cia installed? If not just boot into the gateway menu and click format emunand (make sure to back up the sd card before) once done you can pop out the sd card and do a format on system nand to unlink the nands.

Thank you so much for all the help. I finally got it working. Emunand is working, and the .cia file for BigBlueMenu is installed and I can run it just fine. I think I'm set now. This took much longer than I expected but I learned a lot I suppose.
