Hey guys, can anyone give me better tips on why I can't seem to sell my DS Lite? I tried all sorts of places, like ebay, here, and craigs... I get no responses for like 2 weeks and nothing seems to happen. I really need money for something and I have to sell my DS. Can you guys offer some sort of help? I tried family btw, and I get offers of like 50 bucks and other rubbish. Please tell me how I can fare better.

I do the screenies thing and I elaborate on the condition but nothing works! I am seriously frustrated right now.

How much are you trying to sell it for? Maybe your expectations are too high.

Perhaps a lot of people are either holding out for the soon-to-be-released DSi or hoping for a crash in the price of second hand DSLites when the DSi arrives ?

Also, don't forget this "Global Credit Crunch" thing I keep hearing about..........

Anyway, hope you manage to find a buyer soon - Good luck, sorry I can't be more helpful.

Uhhhhh I may be asking for a death wish here but my DS is currently on sale for $100 USD. Do NOT flip just yet. I am including the legendary OBSOLETE flashcart R4DS, and the M3 GBA expansion pack. I would throw in the charger and such and I probably will reduce the price of the stuff too. please improve my sale in any way. Here are some screenies of what I am getting rid of. And, my DS is in really good condition and I only had it for like 8 months. I really need cash for my gf, whom I really want to get a really nice gift for, cuz her birthday is comin up and I really like her LOL. Anywho, if you wanna buy or know anyone interested in a DS Lite, please tell me.

http://img14.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=img2569p.jpg the screenies of my DS lite and stuff I am selling.

Also, I do have the legit cartridges for Pokemon Diamond, super Mario 64 DS, Transformers, Castlevania DoS, and Mario Kart dS so i dunno where I am faulting so badly but sure!

Are you willing to ship it abroad? It will sell for about £90 here which is $130 dollars. If you're selling it on ebay don't include the flash carts, it could get taken down. Also, make it end on a weekday at about 8pm (most people are on), also make the starting bid 1 dollar (attracts more people, psychological thing).

I sold my Nintendo DS for 125 Euro after one week. I just looked at the person with the most bids and copied his text.

    Yes, thats how I roll.

If your using ebay, start with a $0.99 starting price..... it will sell for sure.

    Here's a true story...

I won an ipod signed by basement jax (who i hated at the time but love now, doh!) so popped it on ebay.... first time I stuck it on at £180... and it didnt sell. I relisted it for £0.99..... I got £250 for it.

    Think about it yeah!

But there's a risk. What if it only goes up to 1.50?

Then you call a friend and let him bid alot of money. Then you 'sell' it to him, but he keeps his money and you your item. [IMG]
