I have both Rei and Gateway on the latest version Emunand. Is there any reason for me to boot into Rei rather than Gateway? Is there anything it can do that Gateway can't? Performance wise does it run better than Gateway on certain things such as emulators?

You really only need Reinand as a backup for if you forget your red card and accidentally turn off your system while out and about.
Edit: i think you can't use GBA games while on gateway mode.

1. Are you talking about installed .cia GBA games or GBA emulators as well? Do installed .cia GBA games even run that well? People have recommended gpsp over it.

2. So performance wise Rei doesn't have anything over Gateway? They perform exactly the same?

Rei doesn't do region free iirc.

That's more of a reason NOT to use Rei! lol. I'm asking if there is a reason I should boot Rei instead of Gateway.
