Yeah... I have a theory, that everyone has to lose their mobile phone or Gameboy etc. at least once. I lost my phone once while i was on holiday. I was about 11. I put my hand in my pocket to pull it out, and it wasn't there

. Also, my brother once left his phone in a hotel room, and he remembered after we left

I lost my GBASP before... And never saw it again. Rumor has it that the guy who stole/ran and snatched it sold it on eBay. Thank goodness for some reason the EFA Linker was found on the floor. I had to play with my GBA original until some guy with a PSP called me poor and said I couldn't buy a new SP/DS. Now I have a DS so it doesn't matter to me, except for the occasional screen closing by the PSP fanboys at my sunday school.

I lost my phone in one of my classes at my old school a couple of years ago.

I'm 90% sure that it dropped out of my pocket.

I returned to my class to look for it but by them the door had been locked and no one was around who could unlock it.

With this happening on a friday, I had to wait through the whole weekend before checking if it was in teh room on the following monday.

Naturally it wasn't...

Good excuse to get the cash to buy a new phone though

Never, I'm extra careful with my stuff, I always check my pockets whenever I leave a place, it would be like:

*Wallet?
checked
*Mobile?
checked
Ok, lets go.

I have SO MUCH information on my mobile that it would be a really hard loss.

Lost for a little while, yes. Forever? No.

Whenever something goes missing for a bit it usually slid out of my pocket when getting up out of a chair/seat.

Exactly what I do. If it isn't there, you know where you lost it.

I've lost a phone before, bought the exact same model the next day.
I've lost a wallet as well, it was mailed back to me with $200 less cash. At least I could save the hassle of applying for my ID cards...
(I called everywhere to report loss of my credit and bank cards, so I still had to get a few new cards)

I lost my gameboy with pokemon red. I was sad for a few days until my parents bought me a new one. Never lost anything else after that. I broke my DS though, like it's all smashed up and in the garbage. Does that count as losing it?

I lost my phone once before, we ended up making several stops during lunch time at work one day and I thought I had my phone in the car which it wasn't, it was in my pocket which fell out at this little corner market where I bought my lunch. Well, I looked every wheres for it, even tried calling it several times. Luckily I went back to the store and one of the store clerks found it and placed it in a safe spot in case the owner came back.

I've lost loads of mobiles but never a handheld console as I never take them out of the house. Mobiles are well easy to lose though, specially now they're so bleedin small. I miss phones like that Nokia 5110.

I accidentally left my GBA with a bunch of accessories and games on a bus in China. My mom had to call a taxi and chase after it to get them back.

Now, I never lose anything, not even a pencil or eraser.
