Hacking Have Vita on 3.65, what can I do now?

I've gotten kind of lost on the Vita homebrew scene since I made a thread a few months ago...is there an actual legit Henkaku hack for 3.65 with full homebrew compatibility and such or is that still not something that is available yet? My Vita's been gathering dust and I'd like to use it regularly again.
