Hacking Have Gateway, 9.0 N3DS and 9.0 O3DS. Anyway to transfer a save game from .3ds to a retail cart?

I've been trying to figure out how to transfer a rom save to a retail cart. My O3DS is running 9.0sys with 10.1EmuNAND and I assume it'll be easier to use it than the N3DS. The game is Legend of Legacy. I tried reading through the save data sticky and it didn't look like there was an answer there.

Is it possible? It seems like stuff I've read says that it is. I know people inject stuff into Pokemon and Sm4sh game saves. I just haven't seen an actual guide on how to do it.

I have the same from the rom decrypted with savedatafiler, now I don't know where to go.

The headers will be different between the cartridge and the rom, I'm going to assume that is relevant info.

Yea I've read that a couple times now, but like I said I haven't been able to find any kind of guide on using them to inject a save.
