Hacking Suggestion Have a stickied post with safety warnings

Following the incidents with Switches getting bricked by running a fake cracked SX OS I suggest we have a page warning people about the risks of hacking your Switch, how to minimise them and what to do if something goes wrong. Someone who knows more about Switch hacking than I do could write a much better post but here goes:

- You will most likely get banned from online features sooner or later
- Do not run something the day it gets released
- Make a system backup when you hack your Switch
- Store this backup online and in several different physical locations, encrypt the backup to reduce the chance of the console's certificates being stolen
- Backup your saves regularly
- Avoid letting other people use your Switch wherever possible
