First of all. It might be easier on console because its actually harder for people to "react" and "move" their cursor to their target compared to PC. Use hold to aim down sight. And practice. Learning to quickscope on console is harder than on PC. I have played both MW3 on PC & PS3. I know how to quickscope and i started to quickscope on PS3 as early as MW2, and never played CoD on PC until MW3 when i wanted to try quickscope on PC. I speak of this as personal experience. The last thing of all. People playing on PC are usually MORE experienced in FPS games than people playing on their console. Seriously my experience from play CS 1.6 (I played proffesionally) has helped me on all FPS games i have played in my life and people just doesnt compare to me in term of skills. All FPS games after qutting CS 1.6 feels like a faceroll, and it still is.That's just bullshit. How anything can be easier without auto-aim than the auto-aimed variant? I've played MW2 for 15 days now on the PC and I can guarantee QS is much less rampant than on the consoles. I've come across a lot of QS'ers but it's nowhere as easy as on the consoles, combinations like this are nearly impossible on the PC. The average level of gamers is just higher on here.
Conclusion: The reason you find it harder is basically because other people are more experienced and used to reacting and moving their cursor to shot your head down. Not to mention less lag most of the time because of not being wireless. Quickscoping is still easier and will always be easier on PC. If you insist it isn't, then you simply suck at using the mouse and the fact that your brain lacks some reaction skills.
