In the past five years the gaming zone has seen a vast progress. Gaming at home has advanced a lot but now we have the portable gaming consoles too. Let’s have the look at the top five favourite gaming consoles.

The Xbox 360 game Consoles are among the most favourite consoles. This Xbox 360 console has all games in high definition, an excellent online gaming communications through Xbox Live and has an easy to use Dashboard interface. It plays many original Xbox titles. It has the HDMI output with 1080p support. The online Marketplace makes the purchases of downloadable full scale games, movies, TV shows, and mini games easy. But the online gaming needs a paid subscription to Xbox Live. Moreover the 120GB hard drive gets filled quickly and has an oversized power supply.

2) Nintendo Wii Console

The Nintendo wii offeres the unique motion sensitive gameplay options. It has a built in Wi-Fi to deliver free online services and gameplay. It is compatible with all the GameCube games and controllers and has a built in SD slot for the storage and photo viewing. The latest has the Wii sports and Wii Sports Resort games and the MotionPlus attachment. It is compatible with the Netflix video streaming. But its controller eats up the battery, it lacks the advanced HD graphics and surround sound and can’t play the DVDs and CDs too.

3) Sony PSP 3000

The Sony PSP 3000 is light and slim built. It offers better color reproduction than the earlier psp consoles. It has an improved AV output for the video and game playback on TV. It preserves the impressive media and online features of the earlier PSP models. It has a built in Skype with the onboard microphone and a great line up of game titles which offer a better graphics. But still the jaggies and scanlines are noticeable on the screen during the high motion video and gaming sequences and the screen is not glare free. It has no built in storage.

4) Sony PSP GO

The Sony PSP Go console is another product in the Play Station Portable line by Sony. It is even smaller and slimmer then the PSP3000. Its design makes it easy to carry anywhere without losing the quality of the buttons and its usability. It has Bluetooth connectivity and a 16GB internal storage with the slot for further memory expansion. It has a little smaller 3.8 inch LCD screen. It has a Wi-Fi adapter, the music and video players and all the games included in PSP 3000 and can resume the game states after pause. Hence a good alternate for PSP3000 with the comfort of carry it to the places one wishes to.

5) Nintendo Dsi

The Nintendo Dsi has two large screens, improved viewing angle and is a bit thinner than the DS Lite. It has two 0.3 megapixel cameras and the exclusive access to the DSi Shop for download games and applications. It has a fantastic battery life and a stylish penshaped stylus. It has preinstalled games and software. It is a bit bulky and heavy making it less portable. The text based games may appear a slight blurry. And the old DSiWare games can’t be transferred to the XL.

This is sneaky advertising, obviously.
Look where the links go to.

Also, false advertising. DS should be higher than PSP and PSP Go shouldn't be in there at all.
