Homebrew Question Has there been any work towards porting shield games to switch?

I would recommend waiting for the "more powerful" Nintendo Switch model and see how Switch emulation via Retroarch progresses from there.

Yes eventually if not soon after it's release. The temptation of more powerful hardware is of particular interest for homebrew. Very unlikely it will be like the Wii Mini with no ways of entry.

If it comes with like 5.1.0 or something (probably wont though :/) it'll probably be hacked pretty quickly, anything higher and we'll be waiting a very long time if it even happens at all (unless N is stupid and doesn't patch Dormez, or accidentally adds another bootrom exploit). I'd love it if it does get hacked though :)
