You can now find Torrents of the game on public trackers. There is one with 11 seeds but I'm still cautious and don't want to download...

in theory nintendo could put out a cease and desist, but common law clearly dictates that once we buy said product, WE own it and are allowed to do with it as we please, even if that means modding or jailbreaking

I can't believe many people want get The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom game now.

Maybe leak only on Dark web through onion websites. Everyone need to be know about Dark web is extreme dangerous than regular warez level (deep website) because of many bad hackers there. Not recommend for us and everyone. They can get hit by malwares and ransomwares very hard if they are rush just like kids / teens do careless to clicks on everywhere. Somewhere around 140 K to 1.6 millions of people will get hit very hard by tons of malware, ransomware, etc. Never search / visit there. Just forget them away.

Best to wait for game to release out on September 26, 2024 and after should be much safe.
