in theory nintendo could put out a cease and desist, but common law clearly dictates that once we buy said product, WE own it and are allowed to do with it as we please, even if that means modding or jailbreaking or any other terminology used here. unless modders and homebrewers are "making money" from modding or anything similar, sites like the temp are safe from the nintendo ninjas
