Has anyone ordered from Kickgaming?

I ordered a NDS-LITE Guard Mask (Black) from there last Friday (August 03, 2007). The problem is that when I track it, it hasn't updated from Friday (RICHMOND HILL, ON). I'm new to Canadian delivery so I'm asking do they update at all daily?

I ordered a M3 Perfect from them a while back. They shipped by Canada Post, and tracking only updated once when it reached the US border.
