Not completely sure but it had to do with NTR and doesn't need 2 3DS' apparently. Obviously related to LocalFriendCodeSeed_B though

Yes maybe don't play online yet because it's confirmed you get banned but you do want to wait till launch or a day after it

When I load Decrypt9 from a9lh start up, there is no nnidsave dump/inject option. I have a NNID logged in on my 3ds, any idea why it doesnt appear?

It is under system save not system file.

I was never banned from eshop/nnid/etc, just online, so not sure, but I doubt it, that's a much harder thing to tackle
