How did you generate a new seed by yourself? I think from what people were saying a while back it doesn't.

I system transferred using it between 2 banned 3ds, the movable.sed on the non-target system copied to the target, but the seedb on the target remained the same. As people are saying

I honestly do not know. All I can say is that it happened somehow. It's still banned of course, but I'm wondering if it gave me the same FC in a different way.

Nintendo reps are saying permanent. There is some history of one of the bans being temporary.

No one knows for sure, but most people seem to be trusting the reps and assuming both are permanent.

all signs point to perm. and temp. but probably perm. but also possibly temp.

it hasnt been 15 days. nintendo is giving mostly indirect answers. so its all speculation and bs at this point

so at this point, either give it like 12 more days and hope hard, or assume its perm and unban yourself and possibly make it worse

FC wont change, the 'new' LFCS is probably just filled with 0's ,could you check?

I have backup nand.bin version 4.x.x from another console of mine that is bricked now, could I setup an emunand with a9hl and dump the file I want or even better inject that nand into sys?
in any case I will start totaly fresh, banned or not

Apparently it want to restore when I created partition with : 3ds-multinand_v1.61

Yup, still have both. That's why I'm wondering if the FC changes in the friend list. Because mine is the same with both. So maybe it's the same FC, but somehow laid out differently in the file.

You can never in any circumstance restore a nand from another 3ds

That could be the case yeah.
Maybe the file gets rehashed or reencrypted everytime and therefore looks differently
