Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

As far as we known, some retail cartridges were out 10 days before official release and that was one of them that was dumped.
But is not be possible some 3ds with the game preinstalled leaked too and be legit too?

There was no way for an eShop version to be obtained legit, everyone playing an eShop version was playing the dumped cart leak.

If it was, how did you do it because when I do it, and inject my save, and go on the game, once I have loaded my save the game locks up.

You technically only need homebrew access to launch Decrypt9WIP and grab the seed.

Nintendo gets data from the System. They would know of its one of the 2dsbundle or systemtransfered from one. Even if not, if u got one you could show them prove that you got it.
