Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

I love how suddenly everyone has never pirated a game before this or done anything immoral after installing CFW, when it's more likely this is the first time you've been caught. I remember the days of "cease and desist" notices from my ISP for using Napster.... Ah Nostalgia!

Its piracy we got a slap on the wrist I'd recommend you delete the game and backup your main too jksm as I told others that too im pretty sure I saved them in time but tomorrow could be worse

Haven't been banned in the last 24 hours, but I'd have no reason to enter the eShop anyway so being banned isn't a huge deal. Online functionality is of a greater concern to me.

I don't mind the tempban honestly if it's temp. I can understand some concerns if it switching to permanent.

What really hurts is the eshop ban. I do have games in there I have paid for and it sucks, Might consider calling them and seeing if Something can be resolved.
