If we read Ninendo's repsonse here about it, it sounds like they did not ban our actual NNID's, but instead our consoles; which would explain why we could still access miiverse.

I did this and was prompted with 002-2502 or something like that.
we have 2 errors,
002-0102 -> online play
022-2812 -> connecting to NNID services.

We bypassed 0102 and resumed online play, but still can't use eshop (connects to NNID, and it prompts)

also when I said friendcode, I was referring to the localfriendcodeseedB file or whatever was its name, found in decrypt9

Yes, my friend went offline the whole time but with wifi enabled and setup, he got banned, too.

I call bullshit, i was streaming the game for almost 24hours last friday with my 3ds wifi enabled but did not use the game's online features
