No it came from confirmed reports of those that contacted Nintendo, specifically the one linked a few pages back as well as what I was told when I called Ninty myself.

I get the same message on Miiverse which is why I (and others that contacted Ninty) are leaning towards a temp ban for online and perma ban for eShop.

Welp guess it's down to hoping for a less than 11.0-11.1 N3ds XL from the store then if I'm not getting the chance for dsiware shit. Gonna try logging in through the normal site though.

Okay so logged into normal nintendo account & it says my NNID is linked to that (normal account/site) what does that implicate, perma or temp?
