Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

So in theory why couldn't people just tell Ninty they bought the console second hand and it was already banned. they don't know who has the actual console just that it was banned. I wouldn't put it past people to sell them to GS and buy a new one......

It'd be too suspicious plus if they said return it they can't do anything about it or they update it too the most recent firmware those could be your only options

and those fellas are still banned.

Don't most resellers restore consoles though? And if you bought 3rd party/peer to peer they'd just tell you to piss off I imagine.

Same reason why you could buy Xbox 360's second hand that were banned. The manufacturer of the hardware doesn't care. You bought it second hand, you deal with the place you bought it from. They aren't liable for anything.

Well, I've played a couple of hour, and a friend have finished the game, both with Wi-Fi on and nothing happened, I can go to eShop and Online Play on other games normally...

Yeah. Although to a lot of people it seems unlikely, there's a lot of evidence that this will be temporary.
Between innocent cart-players and reviewers getting banned too, they cast the blanket out too much.

I'm not saying it's guaranteed, but it's likely that they'll unban us.

My current mantra is, Elevate optimism, lower expectations.

Don't get disappointed if things don't work out.

They host services here on gba too dg unbrick and you pretty muc h name it as I said before we have back ups after back ups I haven't slept at all yet and I'm still stressing

Well if you aren't banned yet and if you happened too have went online that was most recommended

It's got a bad version number for one and you can just re download from freeshop the moment it's added and guarantee it's valid.
