themehax wont get patched on older versions and is my only entrypoint now on my old 9.9 3ds
Referring to BH being patched. Not TH. So, I need to do something before Nintendo force patches systems. I'm actually thinking of downgrading to 4.1 just to say " F- off, Nintendo.". There's no way they'll make patches for 4.1 FW.

I heard somewhere that Nintendo say they have the right to install minor updates without telling you but its unlikely the 3ds will become like wii u and update without telling you but I still keep its Wifi off when i dont need it

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

that might be changed with a new system update though so ill avoid updates

It's a 2ds. I turn it off, and lock it in sleep mode. Enabling it to never be turned on by accident and updated. But, here in Canada, they cannot install any updates to the console. I'll spare the long, confusing story as it's annoying. But the laws stand and say You may not apply and initial firmware or hardware modifications without the device holder's consent. I have my 2ds on lock down anyways. I blocked every address from Nintendo and run online games on my own server with a few friends. But that's off topic... I want themehax. :( :/

This has me thinking. I don't know much about the region change feature for the homebrew, but wouldn't this mean that if I (from US) changed it to your region, that it wouldn't be updated without our permission?

Allow me to redo the installation to get the results again.

Eh, I think it's all based on where you're literally located at and then declining the EULA from the settings. Also, not all systems here come on E. Some are boxed with U, Some with E, It's all dependent on where you bought it, ( Canadian Provinces ) [ Me: NF. ] But it arrived with E on it.

Ahh, thanks for the information. I was just curious, and I'm sure someone will develop something to get around this.

I think one last free Ninjhax 2.0 entrypoint that works on 10.2 is likely(maybe not).
If you are referring to a kexploit, then I don't know. Maybe tonight one will be out. Maybe in 3 years.
So what the hell am I going to do for Homebrew? Nintendick won't add anymore Virtual Console games on the 3DS!
