That will never ever happen.
You might look at an hour orso even to boot it up.
Even if the PS4 is hacked wide open, a Wii U emulator would never happen.
I suggest you should look up how emulation works.

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1

An FPGA could probably replicate the chip's functionality without buying donor parts.+1
