Does just installing NVER and running FMP work for 9.2 systems? eShop access on sysnand?

I would not install the new NVER on your sysnand if I were you. After I installed NVER on my emuNAND, formatting emuNAND using the system menu caused emuNAND not to boot anymore. If that happened to your sysNAND, well... welcome to brick town.

I've now reformatted and have successfully downgraded and backed up my NAND. We really need to research what causes the soft brick loop, so no one else has to go through this.

The randomness of who it happens to, the fact that formatting usually fixes it, and the fact that installing that new NVER caused my emuNAND to soft brick after reformatting definitely suggests that it's certain installed titles that are causing the issue. No idea what those titles are, though.

After the 10.4 release, it's going to be unsafe for anyone to downgrade without formatting first, if you ask me.

Guys, my N3DS got soft bricked. Can access the recovery menu, but can't connect to the internet to update. Gives me the same error 003-1101 . And sometimes 003-2101
All my other consoles can connect...pls help
