They work on the CIAs, but if you can already install CIA files, you probably don't need those games for entry points anymore...

Um, let's say, if I have a 3DS with a 10.6 emunand, and for some reason this emunand has a non-piracy Oot3D (like, I downloaded from eshop before I made an emunand or somewhat) and I've made exploitable saves on it.
Can I transfer my emunand to a new 3DS which has a 10.6 sysNAND and make Oot3DHax works？

If you can install CIA's just install the HBL CIA and that's it. No need for entry points anymore
