It would be nice to have one with unlimited painkiller or unlimited ammo

The game isn't to hard anyway I beat it and hated it. Just beat it on hard for unlimited pain killers and find the golden gun parts. You can always get a 100% save to activate the in game cheats via modio or another site. There is a trainer but that is for Jtag/RGH.
