Because we come from many different countries. Many of which don't celebrate Halloween

I was expecting a lot of people to drop by my work, but it was actually really empty. But I was there with my lady friend in matching rockstar costumes eating all the leftover candy. So all in all a good night.

No. We don't celebrate halloween in the same way the US do so the only people on the streets are the bratty chav teenagers using it as an excuse to chuck stuff at people's houses. Well okay, admittedly the door rang once but we didn't bother answering; saw them halfway down the road later and it was actually kids in costume which is a first.

In fact Halloween's more an excuse for students and nightclubs to throw parties in fancy dress
