I am quebecois and my console (usa) is set in french but when i use hans the game is ayutomaticly set in english even if i select an other languages with and before booting the game...

When you start the game for the first time you choose a language. At the title screen (not save screen, the logo) press Up, B, and X. This will delete your save. Select yes, and then you can choose a language, but your save will be erased.
You must have picked English the first time you started the game, or you used someone else's save.
