I also tested it on my 9.9.0 blue 3ds and 2ds and it works so i know its not the cfw that makes it work.

He lied, it simply can't be done at the moment. He trolled everybody, I tried myself one rom of every well known game released with the AP. Some won't even allow hax 2.5 to boot and freeze in a yellow screen, I won't be surprised if we are able to bypass it in the future though
