How do I run a custom rom? I want to play pokemon neo but I don't know how to use Hans.

Hello C02! Welcome To the world Of pokemon 3ds Rom hacks! To get started you need to dump your Pokemon X/Y rom using Braindump! Then down load the pack hack from the pokemon neo x/y page and use the with hans setup steps from there.
