Why did you post twice?
And when you sell like millions of copies in your opening week you don't give two shits if it's success carries over to another week.
Everyone that was going to buy Reach bought it on launch.
Wow. That's actually surprising.
Jet, you know you can aim much higher than the Sun. At least aim for that newspaper where all of the editors are literate Nazis. You know, The Daily Mail. Much better than a paper where the editors are illiterate Nazis.
Seriously, though, not surprised at all. Reach is, pretty much, one of those "day 1" things where at least half of the sales are within the first few weeks of release; then hype finally dies down when people realise it sucks.
The same could be said for F1 2010, but that's a story for another day.
I hate to say it but there are more people in the UK and Europe in general who care about Formula 1 racing then there are Halo fanboys who piss their pants over another generic shooter.
F1 2010 is really good but requires a bit of patience at the beginning... it requires a better than normal PC to play it at 60FPS even on low graphics which i felt was not tht necessary and the loading screens were really time taking and annoying
I think the big gap for F1 games and codemasters title has sold this game rather than halo which has become somewhat a fan fav than a GREAT game
