An online retailer listed Halo as a future release for the Nintendo DS and even had a box art with it. The entry was quickly removed though. Could this box art be the real thing?

Well, it wouldn't be all that hard to make for the DS with the stylus and all. Or hey, it could've been a clever hoax and the retailer fell for it. XD

It could possibly be some secret agreement between Microsoft and Nintendo, since Microsoft isn't making a handheld, but I highly doubt that.

That would be so sweet. I don't know how good it would look, but still sweet.

I doubt Halo will ever go to a Nintendo platform, but oh how sweet it would be on the DS!!!!

If Halo goes to the DS, and IF (BIG IF) it sports the same gameplay and multiplayer its loved for, the DS is a guaranteed win over the PSP in sales.

    That's definitely photoshopped.
An unreleased game- hell this isn't even confirmed yet, so it can't have an ESRB rating.
Some games for PC may have been M, but changed to T since the GBA has low graphics to depict flying body parts.
The fool who made this thought it was smart to put the PC and XBOX rating on this DS box as well.
I hope none of you guys fall for this, as I just got my Nintendo Power for November and it had NOTHING on Halo for DS. Well of course that's not really reliable at the moment since most of it's pages are directed towards Pokemon FR and LG.

Yes I remember that. Halo was coming to the GBA so I don't see why it wouldn't be possible to have it come to the DS. Lets just wait and see if it's eventually announced officially then we'll know if it's something to get excited over or not.

Halo was to be made by THQ for the GBA from what I remember, so it's feasible... I thought that project was killed long ago though...

I do think that's nothing more then a Photoshop hoax... The different images used to create it seem of various quality (like the ESRB logo compare the pixely look of it to the rest of the image)...

Heh, I can just imagine Nintendo & Microsoft's denials up and down the ying-yang. However, as much as I hate to admit it, Microsoft + Nintendo would be a good competitor for Sony.

It would be nice but it's probably just like Pokemon for PSP, it will never happen [IMG]

Actually, Microsoft has made a few offers to buy Nintendo in the past, but so far Nintendo has no intention of selling out (yet...).

Notice how I said Microsoft + Nintendo, not Microsoft buying Nintendo? I'm sick of Microsoft buying what they want and then ruining it. (Rare anyone?) Microsoft's exclusive software on Nintendo's handheld would be a great co-operative attempt to gain marketshare for both companies.
