Halo 3 or Half-Life

Vehicles, set-pieces, enemy AI, weapons and general gunplay are better in Halo. I also like the futuristic setting. Half-life has better physics, story, enemies, variety, gravity gun and it has an excellent atmosphere. Very realistic setting (in a sci-fi sort of way).

Only problem is in Half-Life 1 when you goto the Xen world, that bit sucks.

I dont think halo is overrated, when halo was released (2001) it was above average for that time
had ton of overhyped pc games released around this time which totally sucked, such as red faction2

I was actually missing Xen a bit in HL2.
The Vortigaunts don't seem to, though.

Not only was Half-Life great, its mods were awesome too.
I'm talking about Natural Selection and Counter Strike, played both of them for YEARS and yet I still play them sometimes.
Haven't got Orange Box yet but my expectations are very high.

Half-Life, I love it. I've only played HL2 at a friend's house, but the original one is still an awesome game.

Halo 3 sucks in multiplayer, becuse the maps are bullshit.
