Gaming Half Life 2, Random Guy in Suit?

Was Playing through Half Life 2 on the Orange Box and after the part where you take down the Hunter-Choppper and get the Revenge! Achievement I took out the guys in the building and went round the back of the building. Then I noticed what I thought was another guard, I zoomed in and saw it was just some guy in a brown suit with a briefcase who stood about a bit and walked out of view. I've played Half Life 2 on my PC and never seen or heard of this guy. I've had a search on google and cant find anything else about this, anybody know what its about?

Of course you have seen him, actually. Who's the creepy guy that speaks to you during the intro of the game?

Fair enough I obviously missed something huge here. Cheers for the info. Weird that it didnt come up when i searched through google, maybe I was not specific enough or maybe to specific... :S

I don't know, the guy I'm sure I spotted dosn't look like G-man and I'm pretty sure he was wearing a brown suit not blue. I must be wrong though.
