I used Edizon but changed the settings.ini to disable cheats. Removed Edizon totally but same thing.

No cheats enabled in Atmosphere either.

Reinstalled the game, used a afresh profile but game always run with cheats.

Dont know if this matters but tried installing just the base game but it wont launch and give me a software unable to load error. Game will run with the updates - tried updates from 2 different sources but will run again with cheats.

Running in latest atmosphere and FW and sigpatches. Although it was like this when I was on previous versions

Update: Fixed it by deleting its cheats folder under Atmosphere content. Still confused why settings didnt work
