Alright so I just found out today that 6.60 can be hacked now. Naturally I got hyped and picked up my psp hoping this would be fairly simple. I upgraded to 6.60 pro since I was already at 6.60 and I used it when I picked up my psp again. After pressing select and clicking "UMD ISO Mode= M33 driver, nothing seemed to happen. I can't find the ISO folder or it's contents anywhere unless I'm looking at it on the computer. The videos I watched said to put it in the root, which is where the psp folder is. That and the ISO folder are the only two things there at the moment.
On a side but related note, I've got a Games folder from games I got off of PSN. ISO's should'nt be going in there right? I've been looking up and down the internet now for about two hours and am at a loss.

And once ISOs are in that folder, they should show up in the games list.
yes hes right , they should ...all iso and cso files must go in ISO folder ....also use the sony driver instead of m33 it has better game compatability...what kind of psp u have? Using pro is fairly easy if you need any help pm me

Do you have to rename the ISO or anything like that? I have it exactly where it should be but it still doesn't pop up in games. I was hoping that I just couldn't figure it out because I was exhausted last night but something else is wrong.

I'm using a psp 3000. I switched to the sony driver and still nothing appeared.

Take a screenshot of your memory card hierarchy for us.

I've got problems with screenshots but I'll describe it exactly as it is.
Once opening Removable Disk J(PSP Memory Card) you see two folders. ISO and PSP. In ISO there is a folder of corpse party in it which I'm trying to play but it doesn't show up.In Psp there are the following folders Game, License, Savedata, Screenshot, System and Theme. Should I try with a diffrent ISO and see if that's the problem?

The ISO goes directly in the ISO folder, not in it's own folder within the ISO folder.

X:\ISO\ElectricalTesticles.ISO

No folder, just the UMD image.

You're Welcome, xist is right ISOs & CSOs go directly into the ISO folder.
Also, You can name them to anything you want as long as you keep the correct file extension.

For Example...

pspiso.jpg

When you install homebrew & emulators the folder of what ever your installing goes inside the PSP/GAME folder normally.
Also, You can't rename the folder for homebrew & emulators unless you use something like PBP Unpacker.

I hope that helps you.

There's one thing I wanna know... Are you on a PermaHack or is your firmware above 6.20/your PSP is not capable of cIPL?

Because if you're not *running* the CFW, nothing will show up in the Game Menu. You need to use FastRecovery, provided with the PRO firmware, to boot into PRO CFW.

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you guys. I was outside. I now realize that I'm definitely doing something wrong. Corpse Party came in two parts and when I extracted them they formed into one folder. I put that into the ISO folder and put .iso after it assuming that's all I needed to do. When I opened the folder just now I saw that there were 29 items in there. 27 of them being winrar files with an image of a disk inside of them. Should I extract them all and will they form into one file? Sorry that I'm kinda clueless, the last thing I hacked was the nds and it was way simpler than this lol.

@Foxi4
I'm using 6.60 pro and I use fast recovery right away once I turn on the psp.

Yes, You should exact the ISO/CSO from the multi-part compressed archive using WinRAR or 7zip.
Then once the ISO/CSO is extracted put it in the ISO folder. "X:\ISO\CorpseParty.ISO"
That made it work! Thanks alot man, I couldn't figure this out for the life of me. Thank you all for being patient with me and helping me out.
