Hacking HAcked xbox 360 disc drive?

Is this going to work for me to jailbreak my disc drive to play games?

No you cannot play 360 games from blank CD's.
It's not called "jailbreaking" it's called "flashing"

Depending on the drive you have, you might need a probe 3 or other things. to enable write mode.
