Hacking Hacked Switch won't let me start cartridge game

hello

I have a hacked Switch on the newest firmware with the newest sigpatches and tinfoil

I don't know why but my Switch got banend. I have no issue with that, I have no interest in playing online, but whenever I want to start a cartridge game, my Switch tells me that I need to update the software. I can't start the game without the update

When I try to do so in a hacked state, it gives me error code 2137-8007. When I try to update the software on stock, it gives me error code 2124-4007

What can I do? I just want to start my cartridge games
